Location and the kind of guest it fits
Encore is the second tower on the Wynn campus, a few hundred feet north of the Wynn building along Las Vegas Boulevard and connected to it by an indoor promenade lined with shops and restaurants. Its own entrance is on the Boulevard, and its pool and beach club face east, away from the Strip. The Resorts World and Fontainebleau end of the Strip is a ten- to fifteen-minute walk north; the center Strip is a rideshare.
Encore fits three kinds of guest well: couples and groups who want a suite for the price of a room, people going to XS or Encore Beach Club who would rather stumble upstairs than across the street, and anyone who found Wynn's casino lobby too busy. It fits light sleepers poorly on club nights and weekend afternoons, at least on the lower floors facing the pool, and the elevated prices make it a poor budget pick. Suites: Resort, Salon and Tower
Every room at Encore is a suite. The base Resort Suite is roughly 700 square feet with a bedroom, a sitting area with a sofa and desk, a separate powder room and a bathroom with tub and glass shower. The floor-to-ceiling windows are the point; the building is oriented so most suites face either the Strip and Fashion Show or the golf course and mountains to the east. East-facing is quieter on club days only if you are high enough to be above the pool; more on that below.
Salon Suites add a larger living room, a wet bar and a bigger bathroom, and are worth the upgrade for a longer stay or if you entertain in the room. Tower Suites at Encore mirror the Wynn arrangement: upper floors, private entrance and lobby, concierge, and a lounge, with the room product ranging from a Tower Suite up to the Duplex and Salon Tower suites. As at Wynn, the entry Tower Suite is about the arrival experience and service rather than a huge jump in size. Which floors to ask for
This is the practical section. Encore Beach Club operates on the east side of the tower on weekend days from spring to early autumn, with an amplified DJ from around late morning until sunset, and on select nights it runs as a night swim. XS nightclub is in the same corner and runs from about 10 p.m. until the small hours on Friday, Saturday and often Sunday and Monday for industry nights. Suites on the lower floors of the east and south faces will hear bass on those days and nights through the glass, and the pool chatter on top of it.
The fix is simple: ask for a high floor, and on weekends ask for the west or north side, facing the Strip or Wynn. Rooms above roughly the mid-thirties are largely clear of it; the desk knows the pattern and will usually help if you explain. Midweek in winter it barely matters. If you are here for the clubs, do the opposite and ask for the east side so the walk home is short. Tower Suites are on upper floors by definition and mostly escape the problem.
Fee and parking
Encore charges the same luxury-tier resort fee as Wynn, roughly $50 to $60 plus tax per night as of 2026. Check the official site because the figure changes and because higher Wynn Rewards tiers have it waived under the current program. The fee includes fitness centre access at either Wynn or Encore and the pools.
Parking is shared with Wynn and follows the same shifting policy: free self-parking for hotel guests and higher Wynn Rewards tiers has been the pattern, with charges for others, but the rules have changed more than once, so confirm the current terms before you arrive. The Encore self-park garage is on the east side with a short walk to the tower elevators, which is more convenient than the Wynn garage for Encore rooms. Valet is at the Encore porte-cochère. Two pools: the quiet one and the beach club
Encore has a guests-only main pool directly below the tower on the east side, an attractive lagoon-style deck with cabanas and a bar, and a separate European (topless-optional, adult) pool. It is smaller than the Wynn pool and shares a wall with the beach club, so on club days the music carries; the trade is that it is open, warm and often less crowded than the Wynn side because guests migrate to the party.
Encore Beach Club is a ticketed dayclub with its own admission, table minimums and a well-known DJ roster, and it is one of the two or three biggest in Las Vegas. Hotel guests get no free entry but sometimes a reduced or expedited line; ask the concierge. Our Encore Beach Club guide covers prices and dress code. Gym and the Encore spa
The Encore fitness centre is next to the spa on the lower level and, like the Wynn gym, is far better than the Strip norm: modern cardio, a proper free-weight section, cable machines and room to stretch. Access is included and hours are long. Guests can use either campus gym.
The Spa at Encore is larger than the Wynn spa, built around a light-filled atrium with a co-ed relaxation area, and it includes a thermal circuit, plunge pools, steam and sauna. It is also the busier of the two, especially on weekend afternoons when the beach-club crowd comes in. Treatments run at the top of the market. Dining at Encore
The Encore promenade has its own restaurants, and the Wynn line-up is a five-minute indoor walk, so the combined choice is very deep. Check current openings; the roster changes. On the Encore side, Sinatra does Italian with a garden view and a lot of memorabilia; Casa Playa is coastal Mexican with a strong tequila list; Wazuzu covers pan-Asian at a slightly lower price point; and Encore Players Club is the more casual option facing the casino. For breakfast the Wynn side wins: Tableau in the Wynn Tower Suites lobby and the Terrace Pointe Café are better than anything at Encore, and the Buffet at Wynn is the full-blown option. There is no cheap food on the campus in any real sense; a coffee-and-pastry counter and the casual outlets are as low as it goes, so budget-minded guests eat across the street at Fashion Show or the Venetian food court.
Casino, arrival and the checkout question
Encore's casino is smaller and brighter than Wynn's, with daylight from the atrium windows and a lot of red. It is quieter during the day and full of the club crowd late on weekends. Table minimums are similar to Wynn: high after dark, moderate in the afternoon. Because the shops and restaurants sit along a promenade, you can get from the elevators to the Strip door without crossing it.
Check-in is 3 p.m. and checkout 11 a.m. or noon depending on the current policy. The Encore lobby is smaller than Wynn's and queues are usually short; Tower Suites guests use their own lobby. Early check-in is granted when rooms are ready and is easier on Sundays and Mondays when the club crowd has gone; on a Friday arrival, expect to wait. Late checkout is free for upper Wynn Rewards tiers under the current program and available for a fee otherwise. If your room is not ready, the pool and gym are open to you with a wristband, and bags can be held at the bell desk.
Wynn Rewards, pros, cons and verdict
Encore is part of the same Wynn Rewards account as Wynn. Under the current program the mid and upper tiers waive the resort fee and parking, add late checkout and priority at the pools, and the direct-booking member rates are often the best available; tier names and thresholds change, so check the current terms. Join before booking.

As of 2026 a Resort Suite runs roughly $250 to $400 midweek and $450 to $850 or more on weekends, before the fee and tax, typically a little above Wynn's base rate but for a much larger room. Verdict: pick Encore over Wynn if you want the space or the clubs; pick Wynn if you want quiet and the bigger casino. Either way ask for a high floor.
