Brunch, Las Vegas style
Brunch here is shaped by the city's clock. Nobody gets up early, so "brunch" often means 11am to 3pm; the drinking starts with the eggs because there is a pool party at 2pm; and the buffets, which serve brunch every day of the week, are the default for hotel guests. Around that core there are three other scenes: the bottomless Strip brunch with a DJ and a two-hour drinks window, the chef-driven brunch at a proper restaurant, and the neighbourhood diner where locals eat for $15. This guide covers all four, with 2026 price ranges — always confirm on the venue's site, since brunch hours and packages change often.
Buffet brunch: the default
The three premium buffets each run brunch, and on weekends it is their signature meal. The Buffet at Wynn is the most beautiful and takes reservations; weekend brunch with the bottomless package runs roughly $100–130 all-in per adult before tip. Bacchanal at Caesars Palace is the biggest, with the longest line, and its brunch mixes breakfast items with most of the lunch stations. Wicked Spoon at The Cosmopolitan is brunch-and-lunch only, calmer, with individually plated dishes, a Bloody Mary bar and a gelato counter — for many the best buffet brunch in town. Bottomless and party brunches on the Strip
The bottomless brunch is a Las Vegas art form: a set menu or à la carte plates plus a 90-minute or two-hour window of unlimited mimosas, rosé or Bloody Marys, often with a DJ. As of 2026 packages run $40–80 per person for the drinks, with food on top or bundled. Established ones: Lago at Bellagio, an Italian small-plates brunch on the fountain patio; Bottiglia at Green Valley Ranch, with a "Bottomless Brunch" that Henderson locals treat as the standard; Cabo Wabo Cantina at Planet Hollywood for a Strip-side patio and a cheaper tequila-led version; Hexx at Paris with a fountain-facing patio; Beauty & Essex at The Cosmopolitan for a glamorous weekend party brunch; and the rotating brunch parties at Resorts World and the LINQ Promenade. Book ahead on weekends; walk-in patio seats are rare after noon.
The catch: the bottomless window is strict, the pours are light and the prices exclude tip and tax. Two bottomless brunches in one trip is one too many.
Chef-driven and restaurant brunches
For brunch as a meal rather than a party: Bouchon at The Venetian, Thomas Keller's French bistro with a courtyard, does the best eggs on the Strip and a croque madame worth the walk, $35–60 a head; Sadelle's at Bellagio, Major Food Group's New York bagel-and-lox room, is the smart pick for a leisurely two-hour brunch with a bagel tower; Mon Ami Gabi at Paris has the most-wanted patio on the Strip, facing the Bellagio fountains, and a solid French brunch; Eggslut at The Cosmopolitan is the quick, cult egg sandwich for $12–15; and Jardin at Encore is the quiet, garden-view choice. Off-Strip, Esther's Kitchen in the Arts District runs a weekend brunch with its famous sourdough, and Vickie's Diner on Commerce Street is the retro-diner option downtown.
Where locals brunch
Away from the Strip the brunch is cheaper, earlier and better for coffee. The Egg & I and its sister Egg Works are long-running locals' breakfast chains with several valley locations, $14–20 plates and a queue on Sunday. Babystacks Café is the pancake specialist with locations west and in Henderson. Mothership Coffee and the Arts District roasters do a proper breakfast and the best coffee in the city. Hash House A Go Go, which started here before the Strip franchised it, still runs its enormous "twisted farm food" plates off-Strip on Sahara. Prices, timing and booking
Rough 2026 per-person ranges: diner brunch $14–22; Strip restaurant brunch $35–60 before drinks; premium buffet brunch $55–95 plus $25–35 bottomless; party brunch $80–150 all-in. Add tax and 18–22% tip (10–15% at buffets). Weekend brunch on the Strip needs a reservation for anything with a patio or a drinks package; book a week ahead for Mon Ami Gabi's patio, Wynn buffet or Sadelle's. Weekdays are walk-in almost everywhere. Brunch runs late here — most kitchens serve until 2 or 3pm — so a noon reservation after a 3am night is normal. Tips and mistakes to avoid
- Hangover triage: Wicked Spoon or a diner, not a party brunch.
- Fountain patios — Mon Ami Gabi, Lago, Hexx — must be requested at booking, and the fountains do not start until 3pm on weekdays and noon on weekends. Check the Bellagio schedule.
- Bottomless windows are enforced. Arrive on time or you lose the first half-hour.
- Buffet brunch on a weekday is the same food for $25 less.
- Do not brunch and buffet-dinner on the same day.
- Coffee is better off-Strip. If coffee matters, the Arts District is a $10 ride.
