What Delilah is
Delilah is a supper club from the h.wood Group — the Los Angeles company behind The Nice Guy, Bootsy Bellows and the original Delilah in West Hollywood, whose regulars include a large slice of the entertainment industry. The Wynn version opened in 2021 in a glamorous Art Deco room off the resort's shopping esplanade, with a live jazz band or singer most nights, a bar that turns into a late-night lounge and a "dress to impress" policy that the host stand takes seriously. It is the most Instagrammed dining room in Las Vegas and, most nights, the hardest reservation at Wynn.
The food is American supper-club classics — chicken pot pie, Wellington, a wedge salad, a huge seafood tower — done competently and priced for the scene. Nobody comes to Delilah for a culinary revelation; they come for a night that feels like a 1930s film, and on that measure it delivers.
The room
The design is the point: a long, high room in emerald green and gold with velvet banquettes, a stage at one end, brass lamps, palm-print ceilings, curved booths that seat six and a bar that would not look out of place in a Fitzgerald adaptation. Lighting is low and flattering. The band plays sets from around 8pm and the volume rises across the night; by 10:30pm the room is a party and by midnight the bar is a lounge with a DJ on some nights. Early seatings (6–7pm) are quieter and better for conversation; late seatings (9–10pm) are what people post about.
Booths are the coveted seats and are allocated to larger parties and regulars; a couple will usually get a two-top along the banquette, which is still a good view of the stage.
What to order
Start with the Delilah chicken tenders — a joke that turns out to be the best thing on the menu, with a caviar option for the full h.wood experience — and the tuna tartare or wedge salad. The chicken pot pie is the signature main and is properly good; the beef Wellington, the filet and the lobster are the steakhouse-style options and are fine without being distinguished. The truffle mac and cheese and crispy potatoes are the sides to share. For dessert, the baked Alaska is set alight at the table and the Delilah cake is a slab of chocolate.
Cocktails are the strength: a classic list executed well and priced $22–30. The Champagne list starts high and goes to bottles that cost more than a suite.
Price range
As of 2026 and subject to change: starters $22–45 (the seafood tower far more), mains $50–150, sides around $18–25, desserts about $20. Two people with a starter each, two mains, a side and three or four cocktails will spend roughly $350–500 before tip; with wine or Champagne, considerably more. There is usually no cover charge for the music with a dinner reservation, but a minimum spend may apply to booths on busy nights and the late-night lounge can operate a bottle-service model — check when booking. Reservations and dress code
Book via the Wynn site or SevenRooms; reservations open about a month ahead and Thursday-to-Saturday prime times go within hours. Weeknights and the 6pm seating are realistic with a week's notice. The waitlist and cancellation alerts are worth using, and Wynn hotel guests and top-tier Wynn Rewards members get a measurable edge through the concierge. A card guarantee and a per-person cancellation fee apply.
The dress code is the strictest of any restaurant in the city and is enforced at the door regardless of your reservation: "upscale fashionable attire" in the restaurant's words, which in practice means no athletic wear, no shorts, no flip-flops or sandals for men, no baseball caps, no beachwear, no ripped or baggy jeans, and no sneakers except clean, fashion-style ones at the host's discretion. Jackets for men are not required but are the norm. Guests must be 21 or over.
Best for

Anyone who loves live jazz and Art Deco. It is a poor fit for foodies chasing the best plate, for families (no under-21s), and for anyone who wants a quiet conversation after 9pm. Delilah is the best night out disguised as a dinner in Las Vegas, and the hype is justified as long as you understand what you are buying: atmosphere first, food second. Go with a group, dress properly, book the late seating, order the tenders and the pot pie and stay for the band. If the food is the priority, walk fifty metres to SW Steakhouse instead.
